Our Studio’s Policies
Below is our complete policy. Thank you in advance for complying and supporting our small business! These are in place to ensure that we stay in business, protect our staff, and are able to provide you with the best service possible.

BOOKING POLICY:
Booking for all in-studio services must be done online at facespacenj.glossgenius.com with a valid card on file.
You won't be charged until the end of the service, except where a deposit applies.
Weddings & Events:
To inquire for makeup for your wedding date, email weddings@facespacenj.com
All on-location and event bookings require a signed contract and nonrefundable deposit to secure your date.
You can book a trial before securing your date with us! Please inquire about availability for your date before booking your trial.
PAYMENTS:
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Credit Card are accepted.
All Credit Card Transactions will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
Gratuity is accepted and appreciated, but never mandatory.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please cancel / reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied otherwise without notice.
You can cancel / reschedule online via the link in your appointment confirmation, or text the studio: (973) 797-9792.
After violating this policy 2 times, you will be charged for 100% of the service.
If you cancel your appointment more than 3 times for any reason, you may be prohibited from booking online without notice.
Deposits and gift cards are non-refundandable non-transferable.
Sick policy: PLEASE RESCHEDULE within 1 week of original appointment if you are sick or have had recent exposure to COVID. If you can’t reschedule within this window, you will be charged a cancellation fee, will not be able to apply the fee towards any future balance, and will forfeit any deposits.
